Adult Day Care Services
As a caregiver, it’s easy to put your loved ones needs before your own. Avoid caregiver burnout by taking the time to recharge and rest. Our Catholic Eldercare by Day program is a wonderful solution for caregivers to get the support and relief they need. Your loved ones will benefit from increased socialization while retaining their independence by continuing to live in the home of their choice. Our structured schedule allows guests the comfort of routine along with a variety of activities to choose from:
- Spiritual growth activities
- Continental breakfast and nutritional hot lunches
- Daily exercise
- Music, entertainment and so much more!

Outpatient Therapy Services
Rehabilitation therapy is an essential part of recovery. We offer 3 types of therapy to help you function at your very best, in every aspect of your life:
- Physical Therapy
- Speech Therapy
- Occupational Therapy

Transitional Care Unit
After any major surgery, transitioning back home may not be an easy process. Our Transitional Care Unit (TCU) is here to help you bounce back, safely. Our dedicated and experienced staff, state of the art equipment, treatments and therapies can help you speed up recovery.
